Time and time again it appears that the politicians and/or the Migration Agency wish to shift the responsibility for an individual decision to someone else.
It seems clear that this is the function of the ‘medical age assessment’ scandal.
It also seems clear that this is the function of the so-called ‘migration courts’ where innuendo and opinion (even bedrageri-fraudulent misrepresentations) , without evidence or fact, seem to be the norm.
so, the question is…..when others are willing to take responsibility and free the Swedish State from any expense for accommodation and guaranteed income………..where is your problem in granting residence to a person who qualifies (even under the Swedish Aliens Act) ?
It would be nice if it could just be classified as ‘a mistake’, for that is far better than the alternative classifications of ‘incompetence’ or ‘radical authoritarian nationalism (a.k.a. fascism).
