Justice demands accountability

There may be those who think this blog is simply (as very important as that is) about young asylum seekers.

They would be incorrect to assume this.

Of all the things that the asylum seeker surge of 2014-5 (remember, invited here with an open heart policy), has shown, is an alarming deterioration of judicial standards and jurisprudence – where accusation and opinion – NOT EVIDENCE – has been the basis for judgement. Many times that accusation and opinion is poorly researched, incorrect and an affront to any decent standard of jurisprudence. Accusation and opinion presented by civil servants who are paid by the taxpayer to follow rules.

It is time that those who abused the rules face accountability and are suitably admonished for bringing Swedish Justice into disrespect.

I am not alone in this perception…….am I ?

Those economic asylum seeker facts

It seems Mr. Reinfeldt had a good idea. It is a shame for Sweden that some political parties today do not choose to honour the ‘open heart’ promise that was made on behalf of Sweden prior to November 2015. A promise for which many young people, especially from the universally accepted war torn area of Afghanistan, risked their lives believing.

Sweden invited refugees here (prior to November 2015) with it’s ‘open heart policy’.

With duplicity and compromised justice it still seeks to carry out REFOULEMENT despite all it’s promises from 1951 onwards, including it’s own Aliens Act.

deja vu ?

Here we go again. Wait for all the political ‘hype’ from western countries desperate to get out of their responsibilities under Refugee/asylum laws and promises.

Now we will hear that the Afghan government is making peace overtures to the Taliban….. again…..again---again. Remember, ‘they’ got rid of the Russians,

the Americans are almost gone, NATO is playing a simple backup support role,,,and in the middle of this Pakistan and Iran are playing their own games.

I wonder how much European governments have promised in further aid to get this piece of window dressing.

What is so hard for us in the west to understand here? The corruption? The incessant tribal feuding? The genocidal actions towards the Hazara?

So, if you really really want to go beyond the smoothie sophistry, then look at what they are ACTUALLY saying in Afghanistan…
