shortage of sand in Sweden
there is a growing shortage of sand (a deliberate ironic contradiction) in Sweden
caused by so many people apparently having their heads buried in it.

are you sure…Migration Agency
you really want to send young people, in whom you have invested for 2 years with concepts of PEACE, DEMOCRACY ,EQUALITY,
back to this???? What a waste of taxpayer’s money……and an inhumane waste of young lives!
Really? (click the pic to go to the video).

That Afghan asylum seeker protest
In an open letter to the Swedish Migration Agency (Migrationsverket) Director-General Mikael Ribbenvik they ask:
"Is Sweden really a moral country when you say to Swedes not to travel to Afghanistan when it is dangerous,
but you think it's safe for us young people to live there? It's not human."
This in the face of reports from ANAMA, UNHCR,US Military that confirm how unsafe it is.
and I say:
Nor is it moral or human to accept a more than 0.5% increase in GDP – as a direct result of the asylum seeker
scenario (OECD,IMF facts about Sweden),
manipulate employment figures,
delay decisions for over 2 years when young people have integrated into schools and society,
artificially increase the age of a young person with incorrect height/weight statistics,
lie to the ‘court’,
hold courts in secret with no public admission or access to court transcript (even by a defence lawyer)…etc.etc.
Sorry, but this just ain’t SWEDISH!

devoid of clarity
I post this as an information service to the Migration Agency, as they seem to have some kind of problem
in actually understanding information… UNAMA, the American Military and AIHRC all seem to have a clearer
picture of what is going on

the voice of the people….money talks
I wonder what they feel about the way their tax money is spent in, for example, Migrationsverket?
(via thelocal.se) or the many billions that have been spent by their government in Afghanistan with no tangible benefit

Charity begins at home???
this increase in Sweden’s GDP continued in 2016 and still continues in 2017.
So, which is best…to spend taxpayer money in Afghanistan and have little or nothing to show for it (the country still continues in it’s downward spiral
of atrocities)….or spend the money caring for Afghan refugees here in Sweden, where such expenditure strengthens the Swedish economy?

Asylum cost? 0.4% GROWTH in GDP in Sweden. (this is otherwise known as a benefit, not a cost).
and you really…I mean really…thought it was all about compassion and
charitable help to war oppressed peoples? Did you? really?
and here’s the OECD stats on costs in Sweden…..remember, this is NOT paid TO asylum seekers, but to
Kommunes, businesses, Migration Agency employees, reduced unemployment for Swedes
now providing supposed support services.
So an 18 year old get Sek 61 per day for food and clothing…thats about sek 22000 a year…or roughly 19 % of
the annual cost after 2 years. the other 81% goes….???

the choice of Sweden
(the sum stated above refers to unnacompanied children under 18....which seems to be the majority of Asylum seekers

no smoke without fire…
The disintegration of a civilisation is first noted by the erosion of it’s legal standards. It’s not an explosion, it’s a grain at a time of ethics and honesty that are washed from the face of justice.

in memory of DECENCY
Not ALL POLICE will obey unjust laws:
Some years ago we bought a house in Dalsland...the man who previously lived there had been an Oslo policeman tasked with rounding up Jews by the Nazis - a task he refused to do. So he got sent to a concentration camp.

what’s in a name?
For a ‘court’ to be worthy of the name, it should:
1. be impartial
2. be independent
3. consider only evidence as valid for deliberation – not unqualified opinion, misinformation or deliberate falsehoods. Indeed, the latter should be punished as they disrespect the dignity and honour of the court.

economic refugees
a possible headline from the 18th century

tut.tut.Sweden….u bought into the PR from the ‘temporary government in Afghanistan’
excuse me Sweden, but you know that place you say is safe to repatriate refugess/asylum seekers
I think you should re-evaluate your assesment as it appears the Taleban (who already control 70% of the country) spring offensive
has begun
and in case you didn’t manage to read this, I post it for your illumination.
But coercing registered refugees into returning home against their will violates the international legal prohibition against refoulement -- not to forcibly return or pressure anyone into returning to a place where they would face a real risk of persecution, torture or other ill-treatment, or a threat to life.
“
“No Contracting State shall expel or return (“refouler”) a refugee in any manner whatsoever to the frontiers of territories where his life or freedom would be threatened on account of his race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion.”

Just a gentle reminder to my much loved Sweden that some things…just ain’t Swedish!

a facade of law`?
I love Sweden. It is an amazing place. It is always trying to improve things.
It is, therefore, with some childlike disappointment that I must face a truth about a legal
system that is either being abused or really needs some better oversight and investigation.
So many times I am hearing reports of how asylum seekers, some who would rather
take suicide than return to war torn lands where genocide has been the norm for years,
for whatever seemingly politically motivated reason lose their first court case to decide if they can stay.
I am not here debating the rights or wrongs of immigration policy, that is a
wholly different issue.I am debating the failure to maintain the standards of the law.
However, so often the asylum seeker is not even notified by their Mirgatiobnsverket employed lawyer
of the date – or even decision- of an appeal court case. They are denied the right to appear, denied
the opportunity to present additional information and it would appear that such information that is
presented excludes or circumvents changes in law and government policy within the last 8 months.
If you are going to throw people out, OK. But please do not do it in breach of their rights as specified
within the UN Charters, the EU rules, the actual law of Sweden. Please do not do it under a facade of legal
pretence. It diminishes Sweden.
Such a kangaroo court system is deserving of the Taleban – not Sweden
