Oh, great. My new mug arrived from fujidirekt.se complete with a picture of the studio. Nice job.
It was a great special offer they sent me.

Well, I guess from the title heading you understand that I LIKE FUJI :)  We now have 3 Fujifilm Finepix Cameras though our first digital was an Olympus C-1000L (about 12 years ago):
Our first Fuji was the Fujifilm Finepix A204:
Fufifilm-Finepix-A204-zoom
This was an inexpensive, great little camera. Easy to use and great battery life. We had this in 2003.

Then came………………………….Fujifilm Finepix S5000
fujifilm-Finepix-S5000
This I still use. It was a gift to me and one that is one of my life's treasures. I fell in love with it as soon as I started reading the reviews and saw the bargain price.Staggering camera. I take,on average, 5000 pictures a year with this camera, most of them in and around the area where I live. I never have tired using this camera  - which I have now had for over 5 years. It uses just 4 AA batteries (I use rechargeables) and the battery life is unbelievably good (mind you, I tend to use the viewfinder more than the lcd screen) I got this in 2004.

Then comes the latest Fuji SUPER STAR………the Fujifilm Finepix F200 EXR
Well, my wife wanted an easy to use compact and my researches once again directed me to another award winning Fujifilm camera:

review from DPreview
Ok, I know the technology is always improving…but this new EXR chip from Fuji is mind-blowing. Always the main problem with digital is having to flash in poor light conditions. This Highly Recommended and award winning camera utilises another Fuji-developed chip that gives amazing poor-light condition results. The EXR is something you need to read about to fully grasp – I am not an expert – but the definition and colour clarity is fantastic. Again, for a 5x optical zoom (+4.4 digital) wide-angle lens camera with these features, the price is an absolute bargain. It's an easy to use camera so you don't have to be a camera fanatic and I was very pleasantly surprised by the PC upload speed for pictures. Anyone can soon master the menu features displayed on it's 3" lcd. AND the camera warns you if you change a setting and that has an effect on other settings.
All of the pictures taken below were with the F200 EXR and as you can see for yourself, some of the night/poor light shots are fantastic.

Costa del Galnas

Ah. The sun is shining in a clear blue sky.

Everywhere I look a diamond-glistening effect enhances the environment.

It feels much warmer and the urge to don shorts and t-shirt and go walkabout hits my consciousness

After all, it's so much warmer………..
